Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for dining reservations and 48 hours for poker evening bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Fees are at the discretion of management. You may reschedule subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Payment for dining is due at the conclusion of your meal. Poker evening bookings may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless the venue cancels the event. We accept major credit cards and cash. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Offline Poker and Card Lounge Disclaimer

Social Entertainment Only

The offline poker, card lounge, poker tables, and poker evenings at Dealer & Dining are provided solely for social entertainment. No gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind is involved. No money or valuables are ever staked on any game. Games are played with neutral chips that have no monetary value. The purpose is to enjoy the social atmosphere and skill of card play.

No Gambling Policy

Dealer & Dining strictly prohibits any form of gambling or betting on the premises. Any attempt to introduce gambling will result in immediate removal from the venue. We comply with all applicable laws regarding social gaming. The card lounge is a space for friendly competition and community.
